Baco Mercat in 10 words: hip atmosphere, small portions, tasty but doesn't blow my mind.

I didn't get to try their signature cocktails which I regret. They are mixed with homemade pickled shrubs. I'm definitely going back for their "gin-pop!" (gin, baco pop, ginger shrub). For dessert we shared the banana cream pudding with chocolate graham cracker whipped cream. A word of advice, do not share this! I could have devoured 3 of them on my own. Baco was intriguing enough to warrant another visit so I'll share a more proper review soon.
